BTS’s Jimin Is The First Korean Singer To Reach This Spotify Milestone

Congratulations, Jimin!

BTS‘s Jimin is the first Korean act to reach 50 million streams with 3 songs on Spotify!

Jimin’s solo songs “Lie”, “Intro: Serendipity”, and “Serendipity (Full Length Edition)” all have over 50 milion streams.

Jimin is the first K-Pop singer to reach this feat with 3 songs. The last artist to achieve something similiar is PSY, but with only 2 songs – “Gangnam Style” and “Gentleman”. Jimin beat this record, and seven months later, had another song reach 50 million.

When the streams of three solo songs are added together, he has over 192 million streams, with “Lie” being the most popular. Jimin’s solo songs have been on the official charts, including the 20 Most Streamed BTS songs in the UK – in fact, only Jimin’s song makes that list! Just shows how popular and well-loved his songs are.
