Chinese ARMYs Launch Biggest BTS Promotion Project Ever

This promotion is huge!

The “BORN TO SING” project was started by a Chinese fanbase that hoped to support BTS‘s latest comeback, as well as, their Billboard Music Awards performance. Although the project has just started, it’s already brought the group to the heart of Las Vegas and warmed the hearts of A.R.M.Ys all over the world.

The big project has been in the works for quite some time even before BTS was nominated for the Top Social Media award. When the fanbase finally received word that the group was nominated, they put their plan into action and created a video clip to help promote the band.

The week long project is taking place in Las Vegas’ Miracle Mile. The fanbase had hoped that this would allow more people to view the video and provide more support to BTS.

So why did the group decide to set up their project at Miracle Mile? Las Vegas welcomes approximately 38,900,000 visitors each year, many of which visit the famous area.

Instead of the regular signage in the busy area, LED video screens have been set to promote the group. This will also be the first time that a boy group has been promoted on these screens!

The screens themselves are unmissable since they are so big. They stand at 37 feet high and span 144 feet across.

The promotions started on May 18th to promote BTS’s latest full album “Love Yourself: Tear” and plan to run a full week ending on May 24th. While that in itself is pretty impressive the number of times the promotion will air is astounding! It’s set up so that the 15 second video will play every 3 minutes 24 hours a day.

This means when all is said and done that the video will have played 480 times during the week!

While the signs sound impressive, a few A.R.M.Ys found out just exactly how stunning these promotions are.

The signs really are impressive even on video!

The video will only be played a little longer so if you’re in the area you should definitely check it out!
