That alone was enough advertisement to get ARMYs to line up at movie theaters. Like legitimate concert tickets purchasing, ARMYs have struggled to score movie tickets as they have been selling out. So, no more promos were necessary as any theater screening the event is sure to do good business.

Still, that didn’t stop one cinema company from going the extra mile with a creative promo, advertising BTS Permission to Dance on Stage – Seoul: Live Viewing.

British cinema company based in London, England, Cineworld, also the second-largest cinema chain globally, uploaded a creative video to TikTok. Employees took turns asking questions that referenced BTS’s hit song “Permission to Dance.”

Don’t need to talk the talk, just walk the walk tonight
‘Cause we don’t need permission to dance

With each question, another employee cut them off, retorting, “No, you don’t have permission!”

Finally, he could respond positively when asked, “Can we dance?” That time, he cheerily replied, “Yes, you don’t need permission to dance!” All the workers then broke into dancing with an advertisement for BTS Permission to Dance on Stage – Seoul: Live Viewing appearing at the end.

The video found ARMYs, and it’s been a hit as the fandom unanimously agreed it was “hilarious” and “brilliant marketing.” Some have even said that it’s exactly the BTS members’ sense of humor.
