Court Orders Actress Who Got Pregnant From Adulterous Affair To Pay Her Lover’s Wife Massive Damages

There has been another update in Ha Na Gyeong‘s adultery case.

In 2023, a Busan court ordered that the actress pay the victim (“A”) ₩15.0 million KRW (about $10,600 USD)  for having inappropriate relations with A’s husband.

According to the courts, Ha Na Gyeong and A’s husband first met in December 2021 at an adult establishment in Busan. The two are said to have begun their relationship in January 2022, with Ha Na Gyeong conceiving A’s child while on a trip to Vietnam in April 2022.

Ha Na Gyeong claimed that she didn’t know A’s husband was married until April 2022 and called A to retrieve money she lent out to her husband. The actress is said to have claimed innocence while stating that if it weren’t for her, A wouldn’t have known about her husband’s adulterous affair.

Reports also stated that the actress had an abortion after her relationship with A’s husband became estranged. After the initial verdict, ha Na Gyeong would attack “A” in a live stream.

On April 18, it was reported that Ha Na Gyeong lost her appeal and the fine owed to A was finalized.

Ha Na Gyeong debuted in 2005 through the K-Drama Chosun Police. After appearing in other works, the actress has since pivoted to streaming and vlogging.
