Cultural Depot denies conflicts with neighbors for Jun Ji Hyun’s new building construction
Actress Jun Ji Hyun denies reports regarding conflicts with her neighbors, who resides near the construction of her residential building.
Previously, Dispatch reported that Jun Ji Hyun has been suspended in completing the construction for about a year now and experiencing difficulties moving in her new building due to conflicts with the neighbors. Reportedly, the friction happened as the actress changed the direction of her parking lot entrance to the opposite side.
On April 9th, Jun Ji Hyun’s agency Cultural Depot stated, “Recent coverages regrading Jun Ji Hyun’s new construction experiencing ‘conflicts with neighbours’ and ‘construction being shut down’ are not true. She has bought the land and is going through the usual process of deconstructing the former building to construct a new one. Since it is still in the stage of architectural planning, it is not true that the construction has been suspended nor that she cannot move into the building.”
As the residential buliding has been reported to cost 7.5 billion won, the agency commented, “Regarding the cost of the building.. since it is her personal matters, we don’t know the exact purpose and cost of the building.”
Meanwhile, the location of the building is known as the “Beverly Hills” district of Korea, where famous celebrities, including Rain, Kim Seung Woo, Kim Nam Joo, Song Hye Kyo, and more have lived in the past.
