Will refunds be enough?

Recently, DAY6’s fan concert has become a hot issue in the K-Pop community.

Fans began posting their experiences of being denied entry into the show due to an overly strict identity verification process. With this, JYP has since posted an apology regarding the matter.

Most recently, the agency released a notice regarding the refund procedures for fans who were denied entry into the show.

Hello, this is JYP Entertainment. We sincerely apologize for the fans who suffered from the excessive identity verification process upon entering the fan meeting. We will inform the fans who suffered damages of the refund procedure as follows.

[Refund Target] Audience members who purchased tickets for the fan meeting week 1 (sessions 1-3) but were restricted from entering due to excessive on-site verification procedures despite being the original ticket purchaser.

*Only tickets that have not been checked can be confirmed and refunded by the computer. Transfers checked on-site after verifying you are not the owner are not eligible for a refund.
