“I’m Not Gonna Sugarcoat It”—Epik High’s Tablo Addresses NSFW Lyrics With Little Kids In The Audience
Epik High‘s Tablo was shocked to discover a family, including little kids, at the group’s concert.

At Epik High’s Salt Lake City concert, Tablo was shocked to see a little in the arms of their mother. He then spotted another kid being held by their father. It was a whole family!

Tablo expressed his surprise. He warned the parents that Epik High’s next song contained several “F bombs,” so if they are concerned about the explicit language, they might need to cover their ears.
So, this gonna be tricky because the next song … I’m not gonna sugarcoat it. There’s a lot of F bombs. Like a lot, an unnecessary amount to the point where it’s not even integral to the message delivery like it’s just there to be there. You can do earmuffs, but you might have to do it very often.

Being the sweet dad he is, Tablo spoke to the little kids and asked if they enjoyed water parks. One responded to him by raising a fingerheart adorably. Sure enough, Epik High treated them to a fun experience by splashing the audience with water from bottles.

Tablo was flustered about the little kids being at the show, knowing Epik High’s discography contains adult language. However, he pointed out that all the members are parents too.
I just want to apologize to the parents here, but realize, you know, I’m a dad too, and so is Mithra and so is Tukutz so imagine what life was for them growing up.

He confessed that his own daughter, Haru, who is now 12 years old, was exposed to her father’s music as well as other artists’ from an early age. Despite this, she chooses not to curse. So, he reassured the parents that the kids might not be affected by Epik High’s explicit lyrics as much as some may think.
Not in my defense, but I never censored any of the music that we were listening at home because I mean… How can you? But what’s funny is my daughter like she doesn’t … cuss at all, like she chooses not to. She, of course, doesn’t mind when her friends do it or she sees it … like her favorite musicians are … all cussing, but she chooses not to because maybe because it’s not something novel to her.
