The EXO-L Japan Official Book No.16 was released on July 29, which, among other content from the EXO members, included an interview with Chanyeol. The interview gave fans the opportunity to learn more about the EXO rapper’s creative process as he focuses on songwriting, composing, and producing his own music.

At one point in his interview, the interviewer asked Chanyeol how many songs he has on his computer (which he has explained was the only place he kept all of the songs he has created).

The number he revealed is extremely impressive: He said he has 40 or 50 songs total that he’s stored on his computer!

If Chanyeol is going to debut as soon as he finishes his military enlistment, fans are now wondering if he’s going to release a full album, rather than the typical single or mini-album that most soloists debut with. Considering that he has enough songs for multiple full-length albums, it seems possible!

We’ll be keeping an eye out for more news on Chanyeol’s potential solo debut!
