Two Former “Boys Planet” Contestants To Appear In Upcoming BL Drama
Mnet launched the idol competition series Boys Planet in February 2023. The show concluded on April 20, 2023, announcing the top nine contestants who would form the fifth-generation K-Pop group, ZEROBASEONE.
Although only nine talented members made the final debut line-up from the show, Boys Planet began with 98 contestants competing for a spot in the group.
Among the contestants, there were many who had already made a name for themselves in the industry, including actor Choi Seung Hun and ZEROBASEONE’s Kim Jiwoong, who originally debuted in INX in 2016 and also became an actor and model.
Now, two more former Boys Planet contestants will be making their acting debut in the upcoming Thai BL drama, Battle Of The Writers, based on a popular novel.
Former NINE.i member Winnie will guest star in the series as the character Chen Ying.
Fellow former Boys Planet contestant Min will also be a guest star on Battle Of The Writers as the character Min.
