Idol-Turned-Actress Exposes Details From Filming Virtual Marriage Program

Former T-ARA member and actress Eunjung recently appeared on a YouTube series and revealed behind-the-scenes of her virtual married life for the MBC program We Got Married.

The program gives off the feeling of a newlywed couple’s beginning. Each couple has a different vibe; some must have developed feelings for each other.

In her case, she revealed how seriously she adhered to the program’s characteristics and mission.

She also explained her chemistry with her virtual partner, “When we met while getting hooked up the mics, it felt like it was virtual. It was great to have that kind of mutual respect and chemistry.”

She added just how seriously she took the program, stating, “If someone said ‘good job’ to me afterward, I’d be really upset.”

She also emphasized that she never met him personally off set during her time on the show.

I never met him in private. I could have met him for a meal, but I was worried that the essence of the production would be compromised, so I focused on the show as if I were acting. It would feel weird to be too fake. I felt more comfortable with him after the show ended.

Regarding the selection process for the show, she revealed that the production team checked to ensure that no one had a boyfriend or girlfriend.

When I started filming, I didn’t have a boyfriend.
