F(X)‘s Victoria responded to marriage rumors.

Recently, Victoria’s label responded to recent marriage rumors. According to the label, the rumors were untrue and vowed to take legal action.

(The allegations) are just malicious rumors. We ask that you stop the spread of these rumors. We ask that the publisher (of these rumors) immediately refrain from infringing on (Victoria’s) rights. We will hold them accountable according to the law.

According to Korean media reports, the rumors were first spread through a famous Chinese paparazzi member. Soon after, it is reported that rumors spread online that Victoria had secretly gotten married to Chinese actor Oho Ou. The two are said to have previously acted in several Chinese dramas together.
