On February 8, G-DRAGON held his sold-out FAM fan meeting at KSPO Dome, where he surprised fans by performing a short cover of ILLIT’s “Not Cute Anymore” choreography.

Instead of copying the routine exactly, the BIGBANG leader leaned into an exaggeratedly playful and “cute” style, clearly meant to be lighthearted and fun.

While many fans at the venue laughed and cheered, the performance quickly went viral and sparked mixed reactions online. Many netizens found the cover awkward rather than charming, with some saying the concept didn’t suit him and that it came across as uncomfortable to watch.

“Ah, fuck, seriously… ugh.”

Others argued that the performance felt forced and unnecessary, especially given G-DRAGON’s established image and seniority in the industry.
