In the video, he reveals he could not return to Korea because his company, Maroo Entertainment, forgot to extend his visa. After calling his manager, they confirmed that they had forgotten to extend his visa, but told him to contact someone else as they were quitting.

And it seems like this isn’t the first time this has happened, as he has been having visa issues since the group tour.
