Female Idol Exposes Herself As Affair Partner And Suspends Activities, Angering Netizens
Earlier today, it was reported that ME:I’s Shizuku Iida would go on hiatus.
In a statement issued by her company, it was announced that Shizuku would halt all her current activities due to a violation of “company regulations.” It offered an apology for the “serious act that went against the expectations of our fans” and stated that she was reflecting on her actions.
Shizuku’s announcement has been linked to a scandal involving JO1’s Shosei cheating scandal, with it being assumed that Shizuku is the female idol mentioned due to the announcement of her hiatus. A similar announcement was made regarding Shosei, nearly word for word the same message as they are under the same agency.
