Ju Haknyeon Makes Big Move Relating To His Alleged Prostitution Scandal

He has sued a reporter.

It was announced on June 18, 2025, that Ju Haknyeon would be leaving THE BOYZ. According to an exclusive report by News1, which cited Japan’s Shūkan Bunshun, Ju Haknyeon and acquaintances were spotted meeting former Japanese adult video actress Asuka Kirara at a bar in Tokyo’s Roppongi district. In the wake of the report, One Hundred Label swiftly ended their contract with Ju Haknyeon and confirmed his removal from the agency.

It was subsequently reported through an exclusive by Korean outlet TenAsia that he had solicited her prostitution services as well.

On June 20, 2025, Ju Haknyeon firmly denied prostitution and called out One Hundred for issuing a unilateral void of their contract, as well as slapping him with a fine.

The same day, he posted a photo of a lawsuit document taken out against TenAsia’s Reporter Choi, who had been the one to break the prostitution news.

He has sued her for slander, on accounts of violating laws governing Informations and Communications Networks.
