HyunA Opens Q&A Via Instagram, Sparking Fiercely Divided Responses

Recently, K-Pop soloist HyunA posted a Q&A on Instagram, encouraging fans to ask her questions.
Some fans genuinely asked curious questions about her comeback date or favorite tattoo. Yet, these were few and far between.
The overwhelming majority was negative, as netizens are still upset about HyunA’s current relationship with former BEAST/HIGHLIGHT member and Burning Sun participant Yong Jun Hyung (also known as Yong Junhyung). So, many asked her about him and not in a way that showed any support for the couple.
Many expressed that they were fans who were no longer due to the disappointment of HyunA dating a controversial individual. Some comments were straight-up critical of HyunA, even encouraging her to retire.
Other netizens saw the negative comments and added their own. They questioned HyunA, wondering why she would open herself up to more criticism by posting a Q&A.
Loyal fans also commented, defending HyunA. They discouraged others from commenting negatively, telling them off for cyberbullying. Few even defended Yong Jun Hyung.
