INFINITE Sungkyu’s solo album “27” tops Hanteo weekly charts
INFINITE‘s charismatic leader Kim Sungkyu‘s second solo album 27 topped the weekly album sales chart on the Hanteo site.
Since returning as a solo artist with his second album, Sungkyu’s 27 has been well received with positive chart results, staying strong on the top ranks on Korean music sites.
Coming back with double title tracks, Sungkyu started his promotions last week on music programs with “Kontrol” and “The Answer.” The album also includes four other tracks, namely “Alive,” “Daydream” featuring Boderline (Epik High‘s Tablo and Nell‘s Kim Jong Wan), “Reply” featuring Park Yoon Ha, and the intro track “27.”
Reported to be a realistic reflection of the 27-year-old Sungkyu’s life, the album shows the growth of Sungkyu and another side of him from being the leader of INFINITE.
27 was wholly produced by Kim Jong Wan and was released on May 11th.
