IU Shares An Incident On The Set Of “Dream” That Had Park Seo Joon Really Concerned For Her
IU shared an episode that occurred while filming for her movie Dream.
Recently, IU’s Dream co-star Park Seo Joon was a guest on IU’s YouTube show Palette.
In the episode, IU revealed that the actors spent a lot of time overseas for filming and asked Park Seo Joon if there was a memorable moment. IU then offered a memorable moment of her own, one that she stated she was very proud of.
There is one moment that I can think of. To be honest, I am not sure if you remember, but it was a moment that I felt very proud of.

IU then revealed that while Park Seo Joon was shooting an emotional scene, an unwanted guest had intruded.
We were shooting an emotional scene. While you were filming, a mosquito sat on my face. I could see the mosquito, and I could feel it sitting on my face.

Park Seo Joon then exclaimed that he did remember the moment and confessed that he didn’t know whether to keep filming or cut the scene early. IU then stated that she was glad he didn’t because his acting was so good in the scene and revealed the sacrifice she made in order for the actor to finish his scene.
Seo Joon, your emotions were so good. I was thinking to myself, oh, I am getting bit, but I didn’t want to ruin your emotions, so I just got bit.

Park Seo Joon then revealed that he was also aware and that he had been really concerned for IU.
That is why I said my lines really fast. To finish it (the scene). That has happened to me many times. When the other actor was crying (a mosquito) sat on me. I about whether or not I should cut the scene, but I thought that I might be alright, and at that moment, I was bit.

IU then revealed that the mosquito wasn’t just any mosquito but a mountain mosquito which is known to be larger and whose sting is known to be worse.
It was a mountain mosquito. The (bite) left a scar that lasted for a month.
