Recently, Starship Entertainment released an official announcement regarding fan support and gifts for the girl group IVE.
The notice informed fans that they would no longer be accepting support or gifts from fans.

Henceforth, we have decided not to accept fan letters, gifts, or other forms of support. We appreciate your understanding, as we hope that the gifts you send will be used to support those in need.
If you are currently preparing or planning any support, we would like to politely decline your offer and just accept fans’ hearts.”

However, netizens were more surprised that the agency had continued to receive fan support despite the group no longer being rookies.
