J.Y. Park and more JYPE artist to make a cameo appearance in upcoming drama “Producer”
Highly anticipated hybrid drama Producer will be getting even more cameos from some of the hottest celebrities in the industry today.
According to affiliated broadcasters on April 22nd, JYP Entertainment artists Nichkhun, Sunmi, and 2AM‘s Jokwon recorded their cameo appearances for Producer on the 17th. In addition, JYPE founder and artist J.Y. Park will also be appearing with a special role in mind for his cameo.
The upcoming cameo marks J.Y. Park’s third stint in acting, previously appearing in the film A Millionaire On The Run and drama Dream High 2. This small role in Producer will also reunite actor Kim Soo Hyun and J.Y. Park, as Dream High was originally produced by JYPE (and KeyEast) and produced by the JYPE founder himself alongside Bae Yong Joo.
Other stars who are reported to be appearing in the drama for cameos, include Yoo Hee Yeol (MC role), Yoon Yeo Jung, Hwang Shin Hye, Geum Bo Ra, Hyun Young (as the female version of ‘1 Night 2 Days’), as well as TaeTiSeo.
Producer boasts leads Kim Soo Hyun, IU, Gong Hyo Jin, and Chae Tae Hyun and is set to premiere on May 8th via KBS2. A preview teaser for the drama has already been released, raising anticipation.
