Jessi Addresses Rumors About Her Relationship With PSY After Leaving P NATION

In her recent podcast interview, Jessi again discussed leaving P NATION and hinted that her experience may not have been all positive.

Jessi then insinuated that the two had their differences in the past, but she’s still fiercely loyal to PSY because of how he supported her.

He’s held me down, even though, you know, we’ve had our whatever, I’m still loyal to him. He’s still the same with me.

— Jessi

Jessi recently performed at PSY’s annual Summer Swag 2023 concert, showing how the two are on good terms, and she praised PSY for the incredible show he continues to put on 24 years into his career.

She and Dumbfoundead gushed about PSY’s performance, stage presence, and production skills, with Dumbfoundead saying, “You could argue PSY is the greatest Korean performer of all time.

To this, Jessi replied:

Even ’til this day, even though I did leave P NATION, I can still stand here very confidently saying that PSY is one of the best, production-wise. He’s so good at creativity. Just, everything… he’s a perfectionist.

— Jessi

Jessi shared that there was only one thing she didn’t like about working with PSY, revealing that he was too hands-on with everything.

The only thing that I didn’t like about working with him was [that] he was just too involved in everything; but when I saw his show… I was just like, ‘Damn, this guy is like so much older than me and he’s still f*cking performing.’

He’s dancing like a beast and he does a two hour and thirty minute show.

While they may have had their differences at times, there is clearly still admiration and respect between Jessi and her former boss, PSY.
