JYP Entertainment Releases Statement After TWICE’s Jihyo Gets Hurt At Airport

JYP will take legal action against violators.

TWICE completed their Japan activities and returned to Korea through Gimpo International Airport. Unfortunately, Jihyo fell after tripping over a fan. JYP Entertainment took immediate action and released an official statement regarding excessive photography and blacklisting.

 

 

JYP released the notice to avoid future accidents from happening again. “We may take legal action if these matters continue to happen.”

 

They made firm statements regarding this matter as it was directly related to the safety of not only the artists but also the general public. “Please refrain from going against our blacklist notice for the safety of our fans and artists. We are in the processing of reviewing legal action for these issues.”

Hello, this is JYP Entertainment. An accident occurred today due to excessive photography at Gimpo International Airport. Following artists after immigration screening is prohibited and is a violation of our company’s blacklist regulations. Violators will not be able to attend public broadcasting and activities. (*TWICE blacklist notice).

 

 

 

We will also take legal action if these issues occur again. These matters of safety are related to not only the artists but to the fans and the public. Please try to keep order and refrain from violating our blacklist notice. We will continue to try our best to ensure the safety of our artists. Thank you.
