The exchange suggests that Jung Joon Young was waiting for CEO Yoo to send prostitutes over to his place, and when they didn’t arrive after the promised 30 minutes, Jung Joon Young asked where his “gifts” were.

According to KBS News, it sounded as though Jung Joon Young was referring to the women as Christmas gifts from CEO Yoo.

In addition, the second chat log between Jung Joon Young and CNBLUE’s Lee Jonghyun show that Jung Joon Young engaged in sex tourism as well.

Due to Korea’s nationality principle, a Korean person can be punished under Korean law once their involvement in sex tourism is confirmed.

KBS News stated, “In addition to Jung Joon Young’s charge for filming and sharing illegal videos, it appears that the investigation will inevitably have to look into his involvement in the sex trade as well.
