Kep1er’s “WA DA DA” Becomes Certified Platinum For Surpassing 100 Million Streams

According to the Recording Industry Association of Japan, K-Pop girl group Kep1er has been certified platinum for their debut title track, “WA DA DA.” This track, which was released in January, exceeded 100 million cumulative local play counts and received the certification as of October.
Previously, Kep1er announced that their debut title track was certified gold, just three months after their debut. They later certified gold for their Japanese debut single album, FLY-UP. In addition, they are the only K-Pop artist among seven teams that won a special award at the 64th Japan Record Awards.
