Kim Jong Kook says he would out Yoon Eun Hye on Running Man
Kim Jong Kook was asked about Yoon Eun Hye and Angelababy in a recent interview promoting the premiere of his starring Chinese movie Hurry Up, Brother.
When Kim Jong Kook was asked, “What do you think about filming Running Man with Angelababy as one team?”, he casually answered, “I am usually awkward and uncomfortable with female members. However, if I were teamed up with Angelababy, then many will probably envy me.”
He was also asked, “If Angelababy and Yoon Eun Hye were together, whose name tag would you take off first?”. He humorously replied, “It’s a difficult question. If we were filming in China, I would take off Yoon Eun Hye’s name tag first. But if we were filming in Korea, I would take off Angelababy’s name tag first.”
He did not forget to mention about last September’s Korea-China Running Man episode, “Our Korean members talked a lot about our Chinese members after the filming. After seeing Angelababy for the first time in real life, all of our members agreed that Angelababy is not only comes out pretty in photos, but also in real life. Li Chen (Jerry Lee) has a similar personality to mine in the Chinese version of Running Man. The rest of the Korean members also agreed that we both have a similar feeling.”
Meanwhile, the format of SBS’ weekend variety show, Running Man, has been adopted by Chinese variety Hurry Up, Brother which successfully surpassed 4% viewership in China. Following up on this popularity, Hurry Up, Brother has produced a movie version of the show releasing January 30th in China.
