On April 30, Kim Soo Hyun’s agency, GOLD MEDALIST, announced that it had filed an additional complaint and indictment against Garosero Research Institute’s Kim Se Ui for violating the Stalking Punishment Act.

Statement On Additional Lawsuits and Accusations Against Garosero
- Gold Medalist and Kim Soo Hyun have filed a complaint and indictment against Kim Se Ui, the operator of the Garosero Research Institute YouTube channel, for violating the Stalking Punishment Act.
- As everyone knows, Gold Medalist and Kim Soo Hyun filed a complaint on April 1, 2025. Kim Se Ui’s continuous and repeated spread of false information about Kim Soo Hyun constituted a stalking crime against Kim Soo Hyun.
- The authorities judged Kim Se Ui’s actions as stalking and applied for an interim measure on April 22, 2025, ordering Kim Se Ui to stop stalking Kim Soo Hyun. The Seoul Central District Court accepted the application on April 23, 2025.
- Although Kim Se Ui’s actions constituted stalking and were ruled prohibited, he ignored it and continued to spread false information about Kim Soo Hyun through his YouTube channel.
- 5. Kim Se Ui’s above actions are in violation of the court’s decision and are subject to criminal punishment of up to two years in prison or a fine of up to 20,000,000 KRW (14,073.85 USD). Gold Medalist and Kim Soo Hyun have filed additional charges against him.
Previously, Garosero claimed that the late Kim Sae Ron had been dating Kim Soo Hyun since she was a minor.
