Kim Soo Hyun Sued For Almost $2 Million Again By Another Company

An advertiser has sued actor Kim Soo Hyun and his agency GOLD MEDALIST for ₩2.80 billion KRW (about $1.95 million USD) in damages.

This follows his previous lawsuit for a total of ₩30.0 billion KRW (about $20.9 million USD) by two companies who originally signed him as their advertisement model.

It looks like the series of lawsuits against Kim Soo Hyun is becoming a reality after his controversy with the late Kim Sae Ron sparked a negative response from the public.
On May 2, according to the legal community, company A, which had a model contract with him, filed a complaint to the Seoul Central District Court.
Company A terminated the contract due to negative public opinion regarding the recent controversies surrounding his personal life. The reason for termination lies with him and his agency, and they are demanding compensation for damages.
Previously, companies B and C have also filed lawsuits against him, demanding a total of ₩30.0 billion KRW (about $20.9 million USD) in model fees and damages.
Industry insiders predict that more lawsuits could be coming his way and that the number will increase to ₩10.0 billion KRW (about $6.96 million USD) in the future.
