Ko Kyung Pyo shows his “Reply 1988” brother Park Bo Gum support by sending coffee truck
After starring in multiple works together, actors Ko Kyung Pyo and Park Bo Gum continue to share an unbreakable “bromance” bond that drives fans crazy!
On September 2nd, actor Park Bo Gum shared onto his official Twitter account a “validation photo” that shows a coffee truck sent by his close actor friend, Ko Kyung Pyo, who sent it to show support for Park’s newest KBS historical drama, Moonlight Drawn By Clouds.
In the photo, Park Bo Gum is seen holding a cup of iced coffee while standing in front of a small food truck designated to serve the cold drink to all the actors, actresses, and staff on set.
The truck also has a large sign draped over the top with a photo of Ko Kyung Pyo and text that reads, “I went to Thailand to drink coffee and because it tasted so good, I’m sending you some, too~”
The text on the sign is referring to Ko’s character on SBS‘s newest drama, Jealousy Incarnate, as a business CEO named Ko Jung Won, which is why Park Bo Gum captioned his tweet with the photo as, “I love you, CEO Ko.”
In the first episode of Jealousy Incarnate, Ko’s character said to his best friend living in Thailand, “I’m going to Thailand to drink some coffee,” as a silly way of saying that he was going to visit him in Thailand. The quote was then reused in a clever and witty manner by the actor himself as he sent the coffee truck to Park Bo Gum.
The two actors are known to have a close-knit friendship after starring in numerous works together such as Tomorrow’s Cantabile, The Admiral, Chinatown, and most notably, Reply 1988, where they came out as best friends who became step-brothers.
What do you think of their adorable friendship?
