K-Pop Fan Is Going Viral For Not Noticing Her Favorite Idols After Walking Past Them — Four Times
Most K-Pop fans dream about randomly meeting their favorite idols in the street and assume that they’d recognize them instantly. Many would even laugh at the idea that they wouldn’t recognize the idols, whether it’s from their visuals or their voices.
That’s exactly what happened to a fan who met SF9‘s oldest members, Inseong and Youngbin.
Since debuting, SF9 has continued to shock netizens with their talent, visuals, and charm. In particular, with their height and proportions, it seems impossible not to notice them, even in the most random places.
Recently, Inseong and Youngbin appeared in a video where they wanted to see if they would be noticed by fans on the street.
At first, while it seemed unrealistic, the empty street with only the two idols on it made it seem much more doable. In particular, with the setup that the fans would be filming a K-Pop documentary, everything seemed normal.
When the first fan started walking, she tried to stay calm as she walked through, and Youngbin tried to help get noticed by pretending to talk on the phone. For many FANTASY, Youngbin has a very distinct and attractive voice.
Yet, the fan had just passed, and neither idol could believe what they’d seen.
They tried to make it easier by adding Inseong to the mix but she still just walked past, even when Inseong showcased his charm more and tried to get her attention with his “dramatic” coughing.
When shooting again, she walked past again…
So Youngbin took matters into his own hands and started directly speaking to the fan, which she hilariously just found weird and even asked the directors about.
It was only on the last time when the members spoke again directly to her, and she continued walking, that reality seemed to hit when she realized who the two men were.
The fan then turned back, and it was hilarious to see the members joking about why it took so long for her to notice.

Netizens couldn’t get over what had just happened. While some fans joked that they would probably have done the same thing because why would you expect to see an idol just on the streets, others loved how obvious Youngbin and Inseong were being to get her attention.
