LE SSERAFIM is set to release their new album HOT.

Ahead of the release of HOT, the tracklist’s eligibility for broadcast from KBS was shared, and the song “ASH” was deemed ineligible due to “Depictions of suicide, self-harm, and other forms of physical or psychological abuse, as well as the glorification or graphic portrayal of such content.”

After seeing that the song had been deemed ineligible, netizens hit back at the decision. In particular, with such dark themes that are very important to discuss, netizens hate that it is being censored in Korea. Many added that they thought it was related to the hate the group received and that while it might be banned from broadcast, it would be a hit and showcase everything the group has been through.
