LE SSERAFIM’s “SPAGHETTI” Gets Dragged Before It’s Even Out

LE SSERAFIM recently dropped the teaser for “SPAGHETT.” The concept is quirky, fun, and flashy, all at the same time. It is different from anything they’ve ever released!
But with the changes in concept comes criticism from netizens. As soon as the teaser dropped, netizens began to wonder why the sudden change. From debut, LE SSERAFIM had been pushing a confident and empowering concept beginning with “Fearless.” This was followed up by hits such as “ANTI-FRAGILE” and “Unforgiven.” As time went by, they began to lose this distinct concept.
Although no hate was sent to the girls, many simply felt that they were mismanaged in terms of concept.
- From debut until “Unforgiven,” they still had a strong image with just a slight mix of sexy, but starting with “Easy,” even the concept direction feels lost. It’s like they’re just testing this and that and will release another girl group soon. Feels like they’ve become an experimental group — the producers deserve criticism ㅠㅠ. The songs are good, but the group’s distinct identity is completely gone.
- Seeing this makes me crave spaghetti LOL.
- This and that song about Pikachu blah blah… why are they like this? Up until “Smart,” in no relation to their live skills during encores, their songs were great…
I always think this — I don’t dislike LE SSERAFIM individually, but it’s such a waste of resources. It’s frustrating imagining how much better things could’ve been if that investment went to another idol group.
