Lee Seung Gi has been well established as the “CF King” in Korea’s advertising industry. Now, the singer-turned-actor has also been selected as the CF model for coffee brand Marley Coffee!
Lee Seung Gi has been confirmed as the CF model for Cafe Marley Coffee and its drink, Marley Coffee, which will hit the market by January 2015. In preparation for the launch, the advertisements featuring Lee Seung Gi will be released in December. Marley Coffee is a unique drink brand that uses blue mountain coffee beans produced directly from Bob Marley‘s Marley Farm. The first Cafe Marley Coffee shop opened in Itaewon last September.
Lee Ho Suk, the CEO of Marley Coffee, announced on October 28th, “We have officially contracted Lee Seung Gi, the blue chip of the CF industry in Korea, as our CF model. He has the soft and peaceful image that our product hopes to deliver.”
Meanwhile, Lee Seung Gi has recently started to film as the lead character in upcoming movie Today’s Love, alongside actress Moon Chae Won. Be sure to stay tuned for the movie, which is due to release early next year!
