The latest members to be inducted into the BTS ARMY are none other than the Minions!

In case you are unfamiliar, Minions are a species of tiny yellow henchmen from Illumination‘s Despicable Me franchise.

You might be wondering what BTS and Minions would have to do with each other. So, allow us to explain…

BTS’s maknae Jungkook recently shared two videos on Instagram Stories that left ARMYs squinting really hard. Many were confused AF trying to make out what they were.

The Minions reposted Jungkook’s first video alongside one of their eyes. They captioned, “we’ve got our best eye on it,” and hashtagged #jungkook.

ARMYs were shook to see the shoutout from the official Minions account.

But many were happy to welcome even more members into the fandom.

The Minions responded to many fellow ARMYs’ replies too.

Of course, the Minions would be Jungkook-biased. Not only is he a fan of theirs, but they all love bananas!

Considering the Minions are posting about Jungkook just a month after Jin posted photos of himself with Minions x UNIQLO merchandise, it makes one wonder if there might be a collaboration of some sort brewing…

The Minions are awfully suspicious too. They have responded to a couple of mentions of a collab.
