Mnet is rumored to be launching another survival series by the first half of 2020.
The show will be called Teen Singer and will loosely follow the High School Rapper series. Aimed at finding teenage vocalists who can sing well, it is expected to “cause a frenzy” among the teenage demographic similar to its rap sister show.
Mnet is known for producing hit survival programs in various genres such as Show Me The Money. Produce Series and High Rapper series. Recently, the production of Idol School and Produce X 101 was caught in suspicion of voting manipulation. Mnet is currently being investigated by the police.
