Former After School Member Nana Finally Speaks About Her Viral Tattoos And Is Asked If They Are Real
Former After School member Nana recently spoke about her tattoos that have ensnared the country’s attention.
On September 27, the idol attended a press conference for her upcoming Netflix series Glitch. Also attending was the actress’s co-star Jeon Yeo Bin and director Roh Duk.
On this day, Nana spoke about working with her directors and what she felt about the drama’s script.
I was thankful to work with both Directors Roh Duk and Jin Han Sae. I read the script knowing it would be good, and I was intrigued by the way they told the story. When I received the script, I read the whole thing in one sitting. I wanted to do it because of the various characters in the show. With each character being so unique, I felt it would be fun to go on an adventure with them.
Nana then spoke about her tattoos. Recently the actress went viral for showing up to a different press conference covered in tattoos. Fans have been guessing whether her tattoos were real ever since.
The actress revealed that her tattoos were for her character in the drama.
My character Bora has a lot of tattoos, and I wanted to make the tattoos meaningful. That’s why I handpicked each tattoo after careful deliberation.
When asked if her tattoos were real, Nana was evasive in her answer.
Bora isn’t the only reason why I have these tattoos. These are tattoos that I have always wanted. If there is an opportunity in the future, I’d like to tell you all why I got them or why I didn’t. I’m not sure if that day will come.
Nana’s new Netflix-produced K-Drama Glitch is about Jihyo (Jeon Yeo Bin) and a UFO hunter, Bora (Nana), and their adventure to find Jihyo’s boyfriend, who mysteriously disappeared. The drama will make its debut on Netflix on October 7. Check out the drama’s trailer in the link below.
