Over the past few months, NCT‘s Yuta has gained attention for his luscious, long locks. Yet, he recently announced that he was due a haircut and, it seems as if he couldn’t wait any longer.
Yuta posted a picture to his Instagram story with the caption “New hair,” showcasing his new haircut, which has been cut shorter and dyed brown.
Not only did fans take to social media to fangirl over his new haircut, but some of them noticed that it looked familiar. Many thought it looked reminiscent of Yuta’s hair when NCT 127 released their song “Cherry Bomb” in 2017.
Fans also found this interesting because Yuta got his hair cut on June 14, which is also the day the song first came out. Many thought that Yuta was commemorating the song’s fourth anniversary by styling his hair the same way!
