Netflix Confirms New And Returning Cast Members For “Squid Game” Season 2

Who are you excited to see in season 2?

Squid Game became a worldwide hit with its captivatingly twisted plot after the first season aired in September 2021.

The show introduced its talented actors to fans worldwide and received global critical acclaim.

After the cliffhanger ending of the show’s first season, many were eager to continue watching the surviving characters’ journeys, and naturally, the question of whether the show would be returning for a second season arose.

Initially, Squid Game‘s director, Hwang Dong Hyuk, revealed to Variety that he was in no rush to work on the sequel.

I don’t have well developed plans for ‘Squid Game 2.’ It is quite tiring just thinking about it. But if I were to do it, I would certainly not do it alone. I’d consider using a writers’ room and would want multiple experienced directors.
