NJZ (NewJeans) Fails To Appeal Lawsuit, Triggers Massive Backlash

On November 14, according to music industry sources, all five members of NJZ (NewJeans) did not appeal the first trial’s ruling in their lawsuit regarding the validity of their exclusive contracts.

With this, their exclusive contracts with ADOR remain in effect, making the first trial’s ruling final.

The 41st Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court ruled in favor of ADOR, stating that the “exclusive contract is valid.”

Since the outcome of the lawsuit, the members have been busy with their return process.
