Actor Park Seo Joon donated ₩100,000,000 (roughly $82,845 USD) to the citizens of Daegu suffering from the new coronavirus (COVID-19) infection.

Daegu Social Welfare Fundraising Co., Ltd. said on Tuesday that Park Seo Joon saw the media reports that the ICU ward lacked equipment it needed to treat patients with the coronavirus (COVID-19) infection and deposited the ₩100,000,000 to help them purchase the necessary equipment.

Park Seo Joon is known for being his philanthropy, having previously donated ₩100,000,000 to people affected by the fires in Gangwon-do last April.
