Previously, a petition named the “Kim Soo Hyun Prevention Act” was filed to raise the age of conviction for minors amid Kim Soo Hyun’s emergency press conference on March 31.

The petition gained over 20,000 signatures that same day. While a petition needs over 50,000 signatures within 30 days to be referred to the National Assembly’s subcommittee, they seem to have reached the goal.
