Popular K-Pop Group’s Maknae Personally Announces His Relationship And Future In Music

TEEN TOP‘s Changjo recently shared a big announcement!

On January 4, Changjo shared a lengthy letter on his Instagram story, in which he revealed that he was currently in a relationship. This is the first time that the idol has personally shared relationship news in his nearly 16 years as an idol.

He also promised fans that he would continue to work hard as an artist, saying that it did not change how he felt about working or performing and that he actually felt more stable.

“Hello, ANGEL & Jellies!
I wonder what everyone is doing at this hour… I feel uneasy thinking that some of you might have felt upset or surprised because of me on the very first day of the new year.

Some of you may already know, while others may have been caught off guard, but everyone, I am currently in a relationship. Whether it’s good news or something delicate, whenever there’s a meaningful change in my life, I’ve always wanted to share it with you. I didn’t want this to come across lightly, and I wanted to speak to you calmly after my feelings and situation had settled a bit.

Looking back, it’s been 16 years since I started this journey, and I believe we’ve shared so many experiences and grown together over a long period of time. Those of you who have been with me for a long time probably know that, separate from my love for you and for this work, there were many moments when I felt emotionally and mentally unstable while promoting. This is someone who has helped me positively change those shortcomings and supported me with great care.

After going through my experiences in my early twenties and now facing the many concerns that come with being in my thirties, I’ve come to think more deeply about the meaning behind the choices I make. Writing this message now feels like the right way to convey my sincere gratitude to you—the people who have given me the strength to endure difficult times for over a decade.

These words don’t change how I feel about my work or standing on stage. If anything, both personally and professionally, my heart feels much more stable, and I think that I’m in a state where I can focus even more on the stage and the music I love most. I understand that my choices may feel disappointing or challenging to understand for some of you. I believe it will take a lot of effort for my sincerity to reach you and be truly understood.
