Evnne debuted as one of several Boys Planet spin-off groups and has been one of the longest-lasting. However, December 31 marked the end of members Yoo Seungeon and Ji Yunseo’s contracts with Jellyfish Entertainment, meaning they would return to YH Entertainment (Yuehua Entertainment).

The remaining members have resigned, and the group will now consist of a permanent five-member team.

The group began a fan meeting tour, OUR EVNNEing, in Japan on December 26, leaving fans emotional with their reactions to the departure of two members from the group.

On January 3 and 4, Evnne held their OUR EVNNEing fan meetings in Seoul, their last events as a seven-membered group.

Thankfully, the final event was live streamed so fans around the world would be able to share this special moment. The group put on amazing performances, before ending the show with their tear-jerking thoughts and their last 7-member group farewell.

These final moments have left many fans heartbroken and angry over the line-up change, with many still hoping something can be done to prevent it from happening.

Evnne debuted in September 2023 with “Trouble,” and recently returned with “How Can I Do” in August 2025.
