  • “It’s not mink… right?”
  • “The fur trim is pretty, but could you share some info about it? Is it real?”
  • “I’m curious about the long mink info 😍”
  • “I want information about the short, hat-attached fur.”
  • “There are even countries where making and wearing fur is banned, but celebrities still upload mink photos… It’s so disappointing. Mimi is loved, but in some countries she’d be treated like a criminal.”

The photos and comments were posted on Nate Pann.

Many believed that the fact that the photos got deleted proved it was real fur and shared their anger at the possibility of Mimi wearing mink fur and sharing the horrible conditions that led to the creation of clothes.

  • Wow, that’s long fur;;
I heard up to 50 minks are killed to make long mink coats.
Posting something like that on Instagram was too much…”
  • “Since the photo was deleted, I guess it really was mink after all…”
  • “People who buy or wear fur should be forced to watch videos every morning and night showing how animal fur is made. Seriously.”
  • “I hope it’s fake fur…
I once saw a video of foxes and minks being skinned alive and stacked. I was traumatized…
They don’t even die right away, they die slowly.
I really hated humans after that…”
  • “If you watch the mink production process, you’d never consume it.
Did she not know how it’s made?
Even if she didn’t know the details, she must’ve known mink has a bad image.
    Why did she do that?
It doesn’t seem like fake fur…”
