RIIZE Fans Are Screaming Over The “Sensual” Lyrics In The Group’s New Song
The members of RIIZE are currently preparing for their upcoming first mini-album, RIIZING, which is set to release on June 17. Along with this, they’re also preparing for their Japanese debut with the single “Lucky”, along with keeping an incredibly packed schedule full of other events such as fanmeetings and concerts.
The title track for RIIZING is called “Boom Boom Bass”, and the accompanying music video is also planned to have a June 17 release date. In the days leading up to its release, the group has teased a preview of their new title track, and it already has fans hyped up for the full version.
But it’s not just the sound of the song that has fans excited. Upon learning the lyrics, people were surprised at how sensual some of them were, particularly a certain part of the song: “Hands up on my bass/From now on, lower lower lower.”
Here’s a full translation of the lyrics:
Given that all the members of RIIZE are adults, most people don’t seem to have a problem with the rookie idols being given more “suggestive” lines to sing. Some even compared it to their song “Talk Saxy”, which also had some more sensual lyrics.
This preview has made many fans even more excited for RIIZE’s upcoming comeback, while others are just glad it’s not another situation of underage idols being made to perform overly suggestive lyrics or choreography.
