The Rising Korean Actor Who Knows He Was Handsome Because He Had A Fan Club At High School
In K-Pop, it hasn’t become uncommon for idols to share how popular they were in high school, whether it was just being praised for their visuals, having fancams during pre-debut performances, or even having a fan club for them.
Well, it seems like a rising Korean actor revealed that the reason he knew he was handsome at school was because of his own fan club, and it’s Moon Sang Min.
Over the past few years, Moon Sang Min has been slowly gaining attention in small roles in shows like My Name, but also bigger roles in Under The Queen’s Umbrella, and new K-Drama Wedding Impossible.
Moon Sang Min was the latest guest on Hong Seok Cheon‘s Jewel Box.
During the video, Hong Seok Cheon asked Moon Sang Min when he realized he was handsome.
The hosts were taken aback when he explained, “It was when I was in high school.”
Hong Seok Cheon joked that stars normally pretend they weren’t popular or they never saw themselves as handsome, but added that romcom stars are built differently.
Moon Sang Min revealed that in high school, he actually had his own fan club.
The actor explained that three students at his school had fan clubs, but he was in third place as the other two were much more popular.
It isn’t surprising to hear that the top two students are now models.
Moon Sang Min is capturing the hearts of fans with his visuals and acting. Check out the full video below:
