On May 21, SEVENTEEN released a new “Documentary” where the members were shocked that ahead of their anniversary, some changes were going to be made within the group, including changing the name to Eighteen and the possibility of adding or removing members. It caused a lot of “tension.”

While it seemed serious… it was actually a skit for Going SEVENTEEN, which made netizens LOL because out of context, it seemed very serious.

During the video, while in the car, Mingyu said, “But the company has to make money through us. Are they that certain they can keep making money after restructuring us?”

Netizens couldn’t get over Mingyu’s words and how he was seemingly calling out companies for just “making money” from the group and how many seemingly try to change things just for a chance to earn more.

Toward the end of the video, when there were suggestions to just follow what the company wanted, S.Coups remarked, “Stop siding with the company.”

Netizens loved how “anti-company” S.Coups was being, but explained that the SEVENTEEN leader always had the members’ priorities above anything else, which was what made him the best person to lead the group.

While it was a humorous video, netizens particularly paid attention to the members’ words.
