Popular HYBE Male Idol Makes Acting Debut, Sparks Massive Reactions
According to media reports, SEVENTEEN’s Seungkwan will take on the challenge and make his acting debut.
It was reported that he would make his debut in the K-Drama Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (working title), and that the script reading had already been completed.
This romance drama centers on a restaurant that opens only on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, depicting the relationship between a chef and a woman with ties to the restaurant industry.
Seungkwan has been busy with both solo and group activities. Most recently, the group also announced that all members would be renewing their contracts with Pledis Entertainment.
He also recently held a unit concert with Dokyeom and is also scheduled to perform at the 18th Seoul Jazz Festival.
On top of this, with his new challenge as an actor, expectations are high for the new image and charm he will reveal.
Fans were more than happy to see him continue to chase his dreams.
