According to the label, Dawon, who was bathing at a public bathhouse, discovered a man who was suffering from cardiac arrest.

Today, at a bath house Dawon frequents, he witnessed a patient suffering from cardiac arreest. He did his best to administer aid as per the direction of 119 parmedics, who instructed him over the phone. Eventually, Dawon handed the patient over to the paramedics who arrived on the scene.
