Singapore Fans Furious At Concert Organizers For Only Offering Discounts To Wannables
Singapore K-Pop festival, HallyuPopFest, is under fire for offering huge discounts to Wannables only.
Wanna One, Apink, Soyou, BTOB, Taeyeon, Momoland, gugudan, Victon, Huh Gak, Yu Seungwoo, Eric Nam, EXID, AOA, Jeong Sewoon, Snuper, ONF, NCT127, Heize, UNB, Dreamcatcher, and MYTEEN are all slated to attend HallyuPopFest in September.
The tickets for the huge event start at $148 SGD (~$108 USD) and go all the way up to $498 SGD (~$365 USD).
General sales started on July 7, but it seems sales have not been doing well — causing the organizers to turn to the Wanna One fandom.
Soon enough, fans began expressing their confusion and anger at the discount that was being given to only one group’s fandom out of the 21 artists attending.
Fans paid $500 and below, queued overnight for the ticket and now you’re telling us that you will be giving discounts to WANNABLES only. What abou other fandoms? So disband got special for their fans isit? Works like that? Wow. I’m shook.

If tickets aren’t selling maybe there were issues with YOUR marketing like illogical deals such as daebak pass when you can’t even select which artists you high touch with. Coming up with gimmicks like this to sell off your remaining tickets is UNFAIR to those who alr bought it

So those that paid for other acts at freaking $500 don't get anything? Only Wannables? You guys are seriously taking a piss and should see how unfair it is for those stanning other groups. I paid to watch EXID but cant choose them for hitouch/picture and my tix's valid for A DAY.

Wannables who had already purchased their tickets were unhappy as well.
Also how can you be sure that those who bought through this google doc are real wannaone fans? It will be so unfair if fans of other grps get discounted tickets while real wannables who bought tickets beforehand paid full price but can only go for one day.

HallyuPopFest has yet to comment on the situation, however the fanbase in question has closed the ticket form and stated they will be discussing the fans’ concerns with HallyuPopFest.
Forms will be closed at the moment till further discussion been done. A full FAQ will be up once we conclude on the discussion with Hallyupopfest.
