Single’s Inferno 2 followed single Koreans on the hunt to find true love. With the show reaching a global audience, the contestants have seen their popularity rocket as netizens followed their journey to find “The One.”

As the show has ended and the contestants’ popularity is rising, they are becoming celebrities and interacting with fans of the show.

One contestant who, although arrived late, quickly became a true fan favorite was Kim Se Jun.

Throughout the series, he proved to be a surprise as his warm personality and humor contrasted his seemingly cold visuals. In particular, when it came to his feelings for Lee So E, he turned into someone clumsy and romantic.

Following the end of the show, Se Jun’s popularity has grown. In a TikTok video, one fan revealed that they met Se Jun while in Korea and shared their experiences with a video.

From the beginning, Se Jun seemed like a completely different person, and rather than confident and witty, he seemed almost shy as he was signing photocards of himself (he’s truly living the idol life.)

After signing some photos and being thanked by the netizens, Se Jun proved to be truly wholesome and respectful as he bowed to them.

Despite a glimpse of celebrity status with a peace sign, Se Jun quickly got flustered again as the netizen either explained how happy she was to meet him or that she hoped he was happy.

Se Jun isn’t the only contestant that’s been gaining attention for his interactions with fans after the show finished. On the show, Shin Dong Woo seemed quite cold and distant, even becoming one of the least like contestants.

Yet, a recent fan interaction proves that it couldn’t be further from the truth.

Martina (@marti.twiggy on TikTok) shared that she ran into Shin Dong Woo in Milan, Italy. In one video, it appears they even had a cup of coffee together, proving how chill he really is. Along with happily filming a brief TikTok with her, the OP of the video revealed that he looked even more handsome and younger in person and was very nice.
